I'd like to invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday the 18th of September 2024.  There are few things more powerful than the collective voice and with a health system in crisis, unity of purpose and direction is of critical importance to charities such as ours. 

All our welcome at our AGM.        
We extend a warm invitation to attend so you may find out more about our organisation and the community work we do supporting those diagnosed with breast cancer in Aotearoa New Zealand. 

The AGM will be held on Zoom.
Please register to attend the meeting by clicking on the Register button above right or at top of page. This will take you to a registration form and, once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation with the meeting link and details. These messages can sometimes go to Spam or Junk so please check if you don't see the email in your Inbox. If you don't want to register online, please email us on support@breastcancersupport.co.nz or call us on 0800 273 222 and we'll register you. 

BCS is a registered charity.  
It is also an incorporated society and as such offers FREE membership to those who have an interest in our community work and want to have a say in our governance. 

Only BCS members can vote at an AGM.     
If you're not a BCS member, please consider becoming one and using your vote at the AGM. Membership is free so please complete the membership form on our site (scroll down the page to view) or contact us and we'll organise this for you.  

We need successful outcomes from our AGM.   
The most important is the voting in of a committee and the confirmation of future governance. If you or someone you know would like to stand for nomination to our committee, please download the Nomination Form by clicking on the button at right. If you'd like to know more about BCS, and serving on our committee, please contact me.

It takes just a few moments to register, and an hour or so to attend the AGM, a small investment of time that will bring a wealth of valuable support for those who need us most.
